Welcome to the Forth Valley University of the Third Age (U3A) website. We are the local U3A branch for retired or semi-retired people in the Forth Valley area of Central Scotland. We offer many ways to stretch your mind or body and to socialise with like-minded older people, including interest groups, open meetings, summer activities, and publications. Coffee at the Smith Museum, Saturday mornings
